Either party may terminate this booked service by providing 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon termination:

• The client is responsible for paying all fees for services performed up to the effective termination date.
• Any work completed but not yet invoiced will be billed upon termination.
• Any prepaid fees for services not yet performed will be refunded, unless they are designated as non-refundable (e.g., onboarding or setup fees).
• The accountant will provide the client with completed work and, upon request, return or transfer client records and documents, subject to payment of all outstanding invoices.
• Deadlines or regulatory filings due after the termination date become the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Immediate Termination

Either party may terminate the booked service immediately if:

• The other party materially breaches the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period (e.g., 14 days).
• Required information is withheld, preventing the accountant from performing the services.
• There is suspected fraud, illegal activity, or unethical conduct.
• Outstanding invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms.
